Taehee & Evan

We don’t think we have ever used the word “Wow” so many times before as we did when we were photographing Taehee & Evan’s Sydney engagement shoot! We had the absolute privilege of traveling down to Sydney to capture these two in some of the most iconic locations Australia has to offer. The Sydney harbour, the Opera House and of course the incredible Grounds of Alexandria. These engaegment shoot backdrops definitely did not disappoint!

We spent two days exploring the nooks and crannies of the city, photographing the engaged couple in some incredibly romantic settings. Even the rain on the second day couldn’t bring down our spirits. If anything, it worked completely in our favour, scaring off the packs of tourists at the Opera House and leaving the steps completely empty for us.

We loved getting to know so much about these two, about how they met, how the proposal happened, and about all of their plans for the upcoming inner-city wedding in Sydney. In no time at all, it felt like we were just hanging out with some friends, taking photos along the way.

Not only did this engagement photoshoot allow us to tick an item off our bucket list (photographing at a national landmark), but it also earned us a winning spot in the “Best of The Best Engagement 2017” Junebug Weddings Competition. 

We cannot thank these two enough for entrusting us to capture their love for one another and for letting our inspiration and creativity go crazy.
